A lot of mix ups, miscommunication, and mistakes but genuine effort made to stay positive and apologetic for the continued problems. Everyone but the DM seemed uninformed, unsure and lacked basic knowledge on how to handle any of the issues. An improved focus on preparation, attention to detail and making customer satisfaction a priority would definitely help. But I did appreciate their genuine desire to maintain professional and polite attitudes.
