  My grandparents had a technician come to the house in October 2025 to assess their washer that was having issues. The charge for the inspection was $95. My grandfather passed less than a month after the inspection and the payment has not been able to be paid at this time. When I spoke with Penny on the phone to explain the situation and that the payment will be paid as soon as possible, she became very dismissive of the fact that my grandfather passed and that we do not have the affairs in order at this time. I assured her that the payment would be made as soon as possible. As a small town business, I would not expect this type of behavior and hostility over a $95 payment. I do not and will not recommend this business to anyone in the future.

  We have always been treated fair with the work done for us and very satisfied with their work. Penny always went out of her way to get someone out here when needed. Very pleasant to work with.

  First the receptionist Penny is incredibly rude. I had a pump replaced in my dishwasher and as soon as they said it’s fixed and left it didn’t work at all… they came back replaced it again and it worked for 2 months and then I did a load of dishes and ended up with a floor full of water called them back to fix it again and as soon as they left water all over the floor… then they came back again and said it was fixed so basically they won’t do anything about it… I continue to have nothing but issues after they have supposedly fixed it. They have been over 4 times to “fix” the issue and it still isn’t working. He also left the bottom plate off and wouldn’t put it back pretty sure he lost the screws to it. Save yourself the headache and go to someone else that knows what they are doing.

  Ok so, we bought a range from Home Depot and there were a few problems. Contacted GE and they had Baker Appliance contact me. The lady on the phone was condescending, rude and dismissive. Penny didn't want to listen to anything I had to say. Thought she could fix it over the phone. The service techs were awesome. Can't commend them enough. Penny, on the other hand, was awful. I honestly don't see how she still has a job.
