- KSkenzie stein5 days ago1.0Drove 45 minutes to this store specifically because the countertop associate said they had the specific one we need, checked on the phone with us and put the order together for us. We let them know to make sure there is so damage and it is a left handed one. We get the store to pick it up and first of it was chipped and damage in multiple spots and it wasn’t left handed, it was a blank one. (We were at the Naperville Lowe’s and the lady there called the carol stream Lowe’s gave them exactly what we needed order number and all and it was still messed up!). Waisted two hours of my day on this location, had to pay tolls, and didn’t even get my laminate countertops. I advise not going to Lowe’s for countertops specially or at all. They do not know their product. Beyond disappointed and never going to a Lowe’s again Home Depot or Menards blow them out of the water.

After many attempts at fixing the problem myself, I had to bail and elicit their assistance. I'm glad that I did. Mary followed up with me several times over several weeks, and Damien was my knowledgeable point person at the store when I picked up my long-awaited box of tile. Hats off to Damien and Mary for the memorable customer service. Keep up the great work! I couldn't have done it without you!

Salesman said no problem. Delivery came and they refused to connect the water line for the ice maker. Called the store to try to get it sorted out and they refused. I guess we go to Home Depot from now on?

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped.
