Lowes is excellent, very good selection of refrigerators & reasonable prices. Plus, the Lowe's employee Jim is excellent. He helped Mom apply for credit, pick out the right refrigerator, very knowledgeable & kind. An excellent representative of Lowes, makes one want to shop at Lowe's.
The delivery persons did an excellent job of delivering the refrigerator, carefully installed the unit & patient with us, too.

Teriona (Inthink that’s how the name is spelled), working 11-15-2025 at 10:54am at the Pro checkout desk has to be the most impolite, disrespectful, and inconsiderate employee at this store that I’ve felt with in my last 20+ years of shopping this location.
She has no business dealing with the general public.

Rude and unprofessional employee that made me feel terrible, never shopping here again.
I went to this Lowe’s to purchase a new appliance for a family member and had one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. When I arrived at the appliance section, an employee named Jim was helping another customer. My partner and I waited patiently nearby. Jim looked over at us several times with an irritated expression, like we were bothering him just by being there.
When he finally finished, he ignored us completely and went straight to help another older man who had walked up after us. I tried to give him the benefit of the doubt, thinking maybe he didn’t realize we were waiting, but that clearly wasn’t the case.
Once he finally decided to help us, he sighed and said, “You look like you want help,” in the most dismissive tone possible. I started to explain what I was looking for, but he interrupted me mid-sentence to ask if I was “sure” about what I wanted, as if I didn’t know what I was talking about. Despite his attitude, I stayed polite and told him I wanted to see about having the model delivered to my house.
The entire time, Jim acted like helping us was a burden. He sighed repeatedly while entering information and even made snide comments during our conversation. I was trying to discuss washing machine options with my partner, and instead of being helpful, he jumped in with unnecessary remarks and more attitude.
By the end of the interaction, I’d had enough and asked to check out up front just to avoid dealing with him any longer. Once I got upfront the lady tells me he is a manager of some sort and I felt utterly sad for any employee working under him.
This kind of service is completely unacceptable, especially in a manager. I felt so demeaned by this man. I’m now glad I live near a Home Depot and have other options. Horrible experience.

We went to Lowe's to purchase a bathroom window. Everyone from the person we spoke with to the person from the installer were professional and polite.
It started going the wrong way when, after the installer measured and took pictures of the existing window said " you'll be hearing from Lowe's within 48 hours".
Almost 2 weeks later, we heard nothing? I called and left a message and emailed them with no response so I called the store and that person was able to contact the salesman who informed me that the install company no longer removes glass block windows. I asked" what does that mean regarding the job "? I was told that Lowe's wouldn't be able to fulfill the job and that the contract was voided.
I have no problem with the window not working out but I DO have a problem that I had to be the one to track this information down when Lowe's should have done so! If I hadn't, who knows how long it would have been, if ever, of when we would have found out?
