It took 15 seconds for this store to lose my business.
I came in for a simple return. The associate didn’t ask a single question—just pointed at a wall and said “no.” When I noted the policy wasn’t on my receipt, she pointed at her desk instead. I asked for a manager and was told none were available. Absolutely unacceptable.
I’ve heard this location has a reputation for poor customer service. After today, I believe it.
If you value your time and respect, shop elsewhere.
