They were cleaning the floors with a large loud machine which they parked in front of the bathroom door and i had to squeeze past. Then I got to check myself out and bag my own purchase. Fun times at lowes.

I spent a small fortune here on a new washer and dryer and It is supposed to be delivered tomorrow. I noticed the stacking kit that is needed was sold out. I tried calling yesterday to say hey, what is going to happen when my order is delivered without a stacking kit? Nobody answered the phone yesterday after waiting on hold for 45 minutes for two separate departments twice. I went to the store and located a stacking kit on the shelf that had already been opened. I bought it thinking it may be my only option. I asked customer service desk what would happen if they don't have a stacking kit when they come out and she said they would do the delivery anyway and just not stack the item. This doesn't work for me as they must be stacked or they won't fit. Today I called my local store attempting to confirm that we were still on for tomorrow's delivery and I sat on hold for an hour and nearly fifteen minutes trying to reach customer service. We also sat on hold with a second phone trying to speak to the appliance department for the same amount of time. After giving up I contacted chat on their website who was able to tell me that most of my items were out of stock from the store and they had to be shipped from the warehouse but not to worry they claim because my items should be delivered to the store late tonight for delivery tomorrow. I will believe it when I see it. This has been a really bad experience and I will go to the orange or green store from here on out instead.

Dealing with 3 ruptured pipes.
Went to Lowes of Carbondale IL to get the parts needed for repairs. A woman from another department called for assistance to Plumbing on my behalf.
No one showed. After 15 minutes I put my selections back and left. #waste of time. Guess you all don't want my business. Thank God we have options for Home Improvement stores.
Lowes has gone down hill immensely. I wish I didn't have to choose a rating to post. Lowes doesn't deserve 1 star.
