Ie someone will be by to ‘repair’ your over $8000 fence but, never show. 3. After several conversations and supposed reschedules to provide repair the poor fence installation, Each representative wanted me to provide more and more information. 4. Arbitration, Executive Customer Service Rep Stephanie M, is worse than Regular Customer Service. I get a weekly email asking for a copy of my permit, when the Permit was provided BEFORE my credit card was charged. 5. I have begged them to come pick up this fence and to refund my card. I’m told no. 6. I asked for a 50% refund so I could pay someone else to snatch this trash out so I could get a real contractor. Im told no My little 8lb dog escaped yesterday. I have pinch my finger on their moving sections in an attempt to straightening them. They are awful!!!
