Had another guy come out and said we needed new parts to fix the problem. He found the problem in minutes. Called A&G back and the man on the phone asked us demeaningly “did you clean the vent? Did you secure it to the outside?” We answered back with yes and said we wouldn’t have to do this if you knew what the problem was at first. He responded with, “You’re right. We suck and I’ll fire Shane on friday and close the ticket.”

Claimed my elderly mother was lying when he failed to call as promised for service. Told me to call their district manager and "give them hell" and hung up when I called to follow up on a repair September 22nd for an issue still unresolved since July (a part I can put on myself its so simple). Greg is unprofessional and speaks to clientele with disdain. Was sent here through warranty for my dishwasher; they should use another company so this poor service does not reflect back on them. DO NOT RECCOMMEND!
