Their boxes of tile are all open and scattered about making it difficult to find anything. Prices are a bit higher than your average mega hardware store. They do have a lot of items here but nothing I needed today. Friendly employees. Would come back if I found something I liked him on sale.

I had original receipt and everything along with sticker still on item. Girl at register said sorry call the manufacture. Are you serious? Don’t stand behind your products? I bought the other 2 on the house from Menards and Ace. Had to return the one to Menards as it broke after 2 years and had no problem at all. Just swapped it out and said thank you. I just swapped a hot water heater at Menards too with no questions asked. I’ll never buy from Lowe’s again and keep hearing worse and worse reviews about Lowe’s. Mom and there to return a tool which was clearly theirs with the tags and they said no sorry. It was a Kobalt tool lol. She asked for even a store credit and they said no. The girl at the service desk was rude too and not willing to help at all. I’ll be shopping at the local Ace, Menards, and Home Depot where I live from now on. Used this Lowe’s from time to time because it was in my travels. Not anymore. I’ve bought everything from appliances, lumber, lawn and garden, tools, and building material too. Not again and I’ll make sure to tell others my experience too so they don’t get inconvenienced like I did. Stand behind your products or don’t sell them at all!!
