    I don't know what is going on inside the 4 walls at this Lowe's but I can tell you what isn't going on and that's my business. I placed an order to be shipped to my house on Thursday. It is 430am on Tuesday and it still isn't shipped out. I called Monday and spoke to the customer service desk and they told me that the fulfillment supervisor Kerry has called off for an entire week again and everyone else in the parcel department either quit or isn't scheduled. What in sweet baby Jesus's name is the management doing here? If your fulfillment supervisor is calling off for weeks straight, multiple times, and you have people quitting or not being scheduled you should be ashamed. You need to get on your hands and knees and beg whoever quit to come back and apologize to them and the people you wont schedule. I have no idea what this Kerry person is doing but if they can't show up for a whole week and your whole store takes 5 days to ship some lightbulbs, paint, and some gloves, Marvin needs to come down and have a talk with you all. I canceled my order and will likely be closing my Lowe's credit card and doing all my business with either Home Depot or Menards. 5 DAYS FOR LIGHTBULBS, PAINT, AND GLOVES. Whole store should be ashamed and held accountable.

    I recently had a frustrating experience with a Husqvarna product purchased from Lowe’s. I went through two defective 525LST string trimmers, which cost me a couple of days trying to troubleshoot what I initially thought I had done wrong. When I returned to the store, I spoke with the assistant manager, Mark. He was great—professional, helpful, and even took the time to try troubleshooting the issue himself. Ultimately, I was able to get a refund for the trimmers. That said, the store would not offer any compensation for the time I lost, the fuel, or the fuel mix I purchased—unless I chose to exchange instead of refund. I understand that the defect likely falls on the manufacturer, not the store, but it’s disappointing that there was no effort to stand behind the product beyond the basic return. Overall, the experience left me feeling more like a transaction than a valued customer. I know this may be typical of big box stores, whether orange or blue, but it’s enough for me to reconsider where I spend my money going forward.

    It was my first time coming to Lowe's, I've lived in the neighborhood almost 2 years. The staff was amazing. They were helpful, friendly and did not hesitate to help. Big thank you to Tyler for his amazing help with loading the car for my senior mother. Thank you all for the amazing experience.

    Layla just helped me out in the garden center. She was so patient. I needed to download the QR scanner to activate a gift card I received from my children for Christmas. I was buying seven bags of mulch. Finally she helped me understand the gift card and proceed to buy the mulch. Thank you so much Layla!

    I bought a Kohler toilet at Lowes a few months ago. The cost was close to $200. This has a value price and the flush was great! Buy this one. You don't need the more expensive brands. It even included the seat for that price. They had about 100 units in stock when I bought it. It must be a good seller for them.
