Kyle and Linda are standouts in making sure you’re getting taking care of. They always have lumber carts and flatbeds available in the aisles. There’s no searching the parking lot to find a cart, they’re always ready for you inside, which makes a huge difference in the winter.

Unfortunately, the installation contractors were extremely careless. During installation, they scratched every baseboard throughout the house. Now we’re left with double the work and extra expense—we have to carefully protect the brand-new carpet with tape all around the rooms just to repaint the baseboards, and some areas may need to be painted twice to fix the damage properly. This completely defeats the purpose of hiring professionals. Installation should not create additional repairs in the home. Lowe’s needs to seriously reevaluate the contractors they use, because this level of workmanship is unacceptable.
