    I’ve been a regular customer at this Lowe’s location for a long time because they typically offer great quality products and most of the staff are genuinely helpful and professional. However, recently I had an incredibly frustrating experience that I feel compelled to share. I came in to pick up an order today I had already paid for the same day. After clearing out my vehicle to make room, I arrived at the store only to find out that my items were gone. Roberta, the employee handling the order, had sold it to someone else, even though I paid for the order in full. It was handled with carelessness and complete disregard for my time and effort. Sadly, this isn't my first negative encounter with Roberta. Every time I come in, she gives off an unwelcoming and unpleasant attitude. It feels discriminatory, and it’s deeply disappointing to see behavior like this in a store I otherwise really like. Management seriously needs to take a closer look at Roberta’s actions and overall attitude. Incidents like this reflect poorly not just on the individual, but on the store as a whole. Lowe’s needs to be more mindful during their hiring process. This level of incompetency and unprofessionalism should never be allowed in an otherwise great store. While today’s experience alone would’ve warranted a 1-star review, I’m giving 2 stars because the rest of the staff has always treated me with respect and professionalism, and I do believe in the overall quality of this store. That said, I truly hope Lowe’s takes this issue seriously. No customer should feel disrespected, dismissed, or unfairly treated at a place they spend their hard-earned money.
