- RWRick WyattFeb 26, 20265.0They have been stellar in every return as well as clean well stocked and very easy to manuever isles etc.... very decent service. Ladies in customer service ice are very quick to service all needs quickly w out hesitation. Veteran parking is EXTREMELY appreciated!!!!!!
- SSSptclay66Feb 25, 20261.0Think twice about getting flooring installed by Lowes...meaning subcontracted out to Ultimate Home Services who in turn subs out the actual work to yet another company. The installers showed up 6 hours late the first day, which resulted in them having to stay until 8 pm the next day. This original crew not only trashed our house, garage and left hours worth of nail pulling for us to do, but so completely butchered our trim existing and the new trim work, it was necessary to endure a second round of non-English speaking workmen TWO MONTHS later when UHS and the local store finally got their act together to get the needed stuff ordered, which should of been there day 1. The second crew showed up three hours late (sensing a pattern yet) and through another round of Google translator, seemed to understand what was needed. The entire experience with UHS...from the measure to the so-called installation what a complete disaster. Clearly, we are not doing any flooring with Lowes again....consider our experience before you do.

I hate looking for what I need in these warehouse stores and getting lost, but I looked at an employee there named "Heather" and she instantly smiled while asking me if she could help with anything. She directed me to the exact items I needed, and gave me recommendations on how to deal with paint. It was a big time saver, and her energy lightened the mood. I give her a 10/10 for sure, and this is the quality of customer service that is lost in today's world, but Heather seems to be keeping it a float. Thank you so much Heather. I will be returning to lowes for my future needs because of the great experience.

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped. If you observe multiple pending authorizations, please contact your financial institution as each bank’s policies differ on how long authorizations are held.
