I found Extra Space Storage with a Google search and I'm so glad that I did. 1) The Customer Service Rep, Darren, contacted me the day after I made my online reservation. He was SUPER helpful! Answered all of my questions and expedited my application for the facility. 2) I went the next day to inspect the new unit and was very happy. The unit was ready and had my new lock inside the unit already. 3) Darren was able to send my gate code information so I could download the app, and it works beautifully! 4) We had 11" of snow a few days prior to this. They had all of the parking lot and aisles cleared when I arrived. (I had been to the old site the day before and they had touched NOTHING.) 5) This is a brand-new facility and it's beautiful. Security lights. Cameras. Everything you would want. 6) The price is very reasonable, and I will be moving my other 3 units to this site. As long as they don't surprise me with a super large rental increase (as the last site did...they doubled my "introductory fee in 3 months), I will recommend them all day long!
