We’ve been using them since we bought our first home last year. Their customer service is hands down the best I’ve experienced. Everyone is incredibly kind, personable, and actually takes the time to answer all of my (sometimes very random and crazy) pest questions, whether it’s in person or over the phone. You never feel rushed or brushed off, which is rare. They’ve also been super accommodating whenever we’ve needed them last minute, especially before backyard parties or events. Living in an older STL city home, we’ve dealt with everything from brown recluses to mice, and they’ve helped keep it all under control so we can actually enjoy our space without constantly worrying. Pricing is very fair (I love their bi-monthly and quarterly package offerings), the service is consistent, and the technicians are always so friendly and efficient when they come out. You can tell they care about what they’re doing and the people they’re helping. Wouldn’t use anyone else!!! Love them.
