Mgr sent my husband away stating the voucher would be mailed. Very poor customer service. My husband had paid with cash to purchase an oven, and it came damaged. So we didn't accept and just wanted our money back. Already order same oven at a different store, that was very helpful with order. My husband went back to the store at 515 to take voucher and was then told he would have to come back as manager was not there to approve refund. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Lowes needs to evaluate their process fir mgmt coverage and refunding customers when they receive damaged product. Now he has to go back a 3rd time tomorrow.
- WRWe RockDec 21, 20251.0So a driver don’t know streets well cause our place has numbers and went to someone else place and said it was the house when it’s not it doesn’t have our number we requested to take the dryer back so I can get the one I needed and don’t want to listen to us we have numbers on our trailers I don’t know who yall use for delivery drivers but they was rude could’ve seen we had numbers on our place cause the whole street was the address but we all had numbers I drove down to the guy didn’t want to come to the right place and said it was the right address THE WHOLE STREET IS THE ADDRESS HE HAD TO LOOK FOR THE NUMBER LIKE ITS RIGHT BUT NOT THE RIGHT HOUSE I WATCHED THIS GUY SO TOOK PICTURES AND I TOLD HIM THATS NOT THE PLACE 30 TIMES HE TOOK ITS NOT THE PLACE THE END SAYS LOT WITH NUMBERS NOT THE ADDRESS HE SAYING IT ADDS I WILL GO IN PERSON TO TELL WHAT HAPPENED AND ASK THEM TO PUT IN NOTES SAY WE HAVE NUMBERS

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped.
