  From the moment I pulled up to Extra Space Storage, I could tell the move-in was going to go smoothly. The loading docks were a huge plus — plenty of space to maneuver, easy access, and covered so unloading felt organized instead of chaotic. James made the process even better. He was efficient but never rushed, walked me through everything clearly, and made sure I understood access hours, security, and the layout of the property. He also pointed out the best way to use the dock area to make moving in faster, which I appreciated. Move-in days are usually stressful, but this one honestly wasn’t. Between the clean facility, convenient loading docks, and James’ helpful attitude, it was a great experience all around.

  Moving into my unit at Extra Space Storage was a really smooth experience, and James made a big difference. He was professional, organized, and had everything ready to go when I arrived, which saved me a lot of time. One thing I really appreciated was the setup of the loading docks. They were easy to access, spacious, and made unloading my truck simple and efficient. That alone made move-in day far less stressful. James also took the time to explain how to best use the dock area and access points, which was helpful. Overall, great customer service and a well-maintained facility. James made the entire process easy from start to finish.
