He made the whole process smooth and stress-free. We’ve had terrible experiences in the past renting storage units, so this was a really pleasant change. The facility was clean and well-managed. We came in with our two little boys, and Timothy was so great with them; very patient and kind through their little tantrums haha. Highly recommend!!!!
