- TJTrevor JohnsonJun 2, 20222.0Keys were loaded incorrectly. The cut was fine, but when you looked at it from the front, the bends in the key were backwards so it wouldn't even fit in the lock. There is not very good QA on this machine as it let me get all the way back to my place before I was able to find out they didn't work. Refund process was easy enough, but I had to go all the way back to the store to find out I just had to call a number to get my refund. If all fairness I made 2 other keys that worked fine, but the 4 I made from that one style key were useless. I wont use this service again, I will just walk over to the key making station at Lowes instead of using this machine in the Lowes store.
