Sales Associate in Flooring lied on the phone and said they had all the samples in store. We make the 30 min drive to the store and after waiting around for 30 min for assistance, the flooring associate and a couple looking for flooring help is marched to the flooring department by a manager. After another 15 min of waiting, I finally find out that all samples can be ordered online. What a waste of time. Will NOT return EVER.

Really disappointed in seeing how the plant sections is taken care of. Plants not watered, shriveled up completely dead. Other plants, like the Norfolk pine, are put underneath tables with no light, one of the few plants that 100% need light. Was really disappointed in the carnivorous plant section, and no cacti/succulents?

Bought 2 baseboard diffusers at the Lincolnwood location needed to return them because the gap on the bottom was too small the lady at the return counter tells me you can’t return it here without the packaging the the item does not come with packaging or a box I explain it to her she says nope we can’t take it without the packaging once again I tell her it does not come with packaging after about 10 minutes of no one in this store listening to me I left feeling like I had done something wrong they asked me so many questions regarding where I got them and how I get them ultimately no solution besides going back to the original store I’m sticking to Home Depot from now on
