She helped me set up and manage my business account and has been a huge part of planning my full home remodel — from new appliances to baseboards and molding, even outdoor patio furniture. Vamsee went above and beyond by scheduling (and even rescheduling) my deliveries when there were delays. She also followed up on service work and made sure all the warranty paperwork was handled correctly. Her professionalism, patience, and kindness made a stressful project so much easier. If you need help with anything big or small, ask for Vamsee — she’s amazing!

I went back and double-checked all the items on that stand, and they all had the same code. This store is deceiving its customers. Avoid this store.

These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s.
