Inside the storage it is very cold and windy, which makes it uncomfortable. The manager is not always pleasant and can be rude at times. The mobile app is unreliable and does not always work. The price is also very high — within six months the rate was increased to $300, which does not seem reasonable given the conditions.

This is the second space I have rented from them and the same was true the first time. Given I have been burned twice, I have learned my lesson and won’t be back unless my needs are for a few months only.

The only real drawback is the access layout. Unfortunately, the entrance and maneuvering area are not very convenient, especially if you’re driving a larger vehicle, towing, or moving bulky items. The design makes it harder than it should be to enter, position your vehicle, or make quick in-and-out trips. It’s manageable, but definitely not ideal and can slow you down if you’re in a hurry. Overall, a good storage facility with excellent staff and fair prices — just be prepared for a somewhat uncomfortable and tight entry setup. If convenience of access is your top priority, keep this in mind; otherwise, it’s a solid option.
