From the moment I first walked in, Marty was welcoming, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. It's rare to find someone who takes such obvious pride in their work, and it shows in every interaction. What really sets this place apart is how incredibly clean and well-maintained the entire facility is. We've had some rough weather lately — rain, snow, the works — and yet every single time I visit, the floors are spotless, the pathways are clear, and everything is in perfect order. It's honestly impressive. No puddles tracked in, no salt residue, no mess whatsoever. Someone is clearly putting in serious effort to keep this place in top shape regardless of the conditions outside. Access is a breeze too. The facility is easy to navigate, well-lit, and always feels secure. Whether I'm stopping by quickly or spending time moving things around, it's always a smooth, hassle-free experience. Sadly, your facility has a very bad water leak right over my unit. He has been right there to clean up the mess within a minute of my call to him on the water. He offered close by storage right away and helped me move wet items there. He contacted repair people immediately. I honestly would have left your facility without Marty’s assistance. A good guy and one who always waves when I’m in the place. I can count on him…that not often these days. Dave Kaufman Unit 1030.
