  They were so detailed. After the first phase of setting the traps and catching the little critters 😬, this company went around the house and sealed all possible entry points to prevent future critters from entering the house again. They also noticed a foundation problem in our crawl space and brought it to our attention. This had nothing to do with our animal problem and they could have just ignored it. I’m so grateful they said something because we had no clue there was an issue and were able to call a foundation expert for repairs. I feel confident they took care of our animal problem and would recommend them to friends and family.

  I have had a WAE out on two different occasions. They were wonderful both times. The first time they pointed out where raccoons were trying to get into the attic and I got that repaired. More recently, after some construction in the backyard, I had mice. They came out and not only laid out traps and check them, but installed metal along the back of the house and patched up areas near the foundation where the mice were most likely coming in. Their prices were reasonable compared to some of the other big chain operations. And the staff were polite and friendly and on time. Highly recommend .
