Kiosk was not working to make a key, no one was around to help or assist, went to the key area to have an actual person make a couple keys, hit the button for assist, stood there for about ten minutes and nobody showed up to help at all, store was dead, multiple employees standing around just on their phones and not doing anything. Went to Home Depot, in and out in 5 minutes. Sad, I come here for almost EVERYTHING for my home.

Horrible customer service! Manager Jason was verbally aggressive to the point I gave up and refunded a $800 purchase. Lowe’s needs to retrain management. Will not be back to this location. Alton used to be a good store however their items are not ringing up what they should and management refuses to provide any form of response. Again the worst service from a Lowe’s I’ve seen! Beware.
