When the crew arrived with their largest boom truck, the head of the crew didn't want to potentially damage my neighbor's asphalt driveway and contacted a nearby crew with a smaller boom truck to swap jobs with them. I was impressed with the foresight and professionalism of the crew member. The new crew arrived a short time later and completed the work.
