    Went to return a plant i bought online. The associate was being so rude to the lady in front of me because she didn't have a receipt and I thought she's not going to act that way towards me but I was mistaken. She looked at the plant and said you cant return that! I said I just bought it and I have a receipt. I asked what was the reason for her attitude and she of course said she didnt have one. I asked to speak to a manager and she responded she was the manager. And then proceeded to get someone who could speak in a calm non aggressive manner. The second woman first asked me what my problem was with her associate. Wrong question to be starting out with. I just wanted to return a plant that I had bought less than 2 weeks previous and I had a receipt. There was no reason to steal 15 minutes of my life. The first woman was white in her late 60's with stringy brown hair and glasses. The second lady was maybe Hispanic. In her late 50's. 4/28/26 @ 10:30 am. The reason I am making a description is because both woman had their name tags covered. Im pretty sure thats not how they typically do things. I will be contacting corporate to explain that people like that do not represent the company well. So i will return to find out their names. As that information should have never been withheld in the first place. It was rude and disgusting behavior by both female managers. The Pepsi vendor even approached me and said how much he hates having to deal with those people. I did get my refund and I will be shopping somewhere else from now on.

    This store makes delivery truck drivers spend unnecessary additional time and effort with no additional pay. This store has 3 doors. Instead of dropping a loaded trailer at a door and taking the empty trailer from another door, they make you drop the loaded trailer somewhere on the property, attach to the empty trailer and take it from a door and drop it somewhere else, reattach to the loaded trailer and drop it in the door where the empty was, then reattach to the empty. I asked a store employee about this. This is done for no other reason than their own preference. When I expressed reasonable frustration over this, I got silence. They don't care.

    Needed 4 bags of heavy sand. Alex was amazing and loaded them into my van for me Sure hope management acknowledges this amazing job. We'll definitely be back.

    I was able to find exactly what I needed quickly using the Lowes app. Cash out was really quick. Store associate were very helpful and courteous. I love the Military Discount too.

    I bought a garbage disposal lowes did not habe the right ez connect power cord. An employee tried helping me find one when it said they have 9 they couldn't find any. The excuse always seems to be someone stole it. Im really over lowes.
