They had the audacity to say they were below the market price, the second place I called it was $44. Liars and way overpriced.
- CKClayton KDec 6, 20241.0Severely overpriced, they charged me 180 just for getting keys out of my car, I eventually got ahold of the service officer at our school who did it under 5 minutes for free. Took 0 time and effort. While they still charged me 80$ for a cancelation fee. I would understand 50$ at most, but this was far too much. I recommend making sure you have no other options before going to a locksmith, especially one of these ones. The employee I connected with was super nice, explained things with great detail and did a great job. But I feel like there are some kinks to be worked out.
- AGAce GorrellNov 1, 20241.0Locked my keys in my car called them and they said it was going to be 175$ for them to unlock my car and then they tried gaslighting and manipulating me into using their services by saying if we called anywhere it would be the same price and you know what they were 100% wrong the other place I called (which by the way was LDA security if anyone doesn't want to get scammed by these people) was only 50$ and it took them 5 mins and boom done so definitely don't go here
