I bought a garbage disposal lowes did not habe the right ez connect power cord. An employee tried helping me find one when it said they have 9 they couldn't find any. The excuse always seems to be someone stole it. Im really over lowes.

Called in store for some patio stone that's discontinued and twin falls was the only one in my state. I was told they had 80 pcs in stock. I bought 60 pcs over the phone. After hooking up the trailer and filling with premium gas (have to only when towing) i drive 1.5 hrs out of the 2.5 from marsing and get a call because they only have 2 pcs out of the 80. Waste of time and money.

I have used Lowe’s exclusively for the last several years, Sometimes it’s a struggle but this last Sunday I purchased a bunch of product I didn’t necessarily need right away but there was a deal on my total purchase. Ao I wanted to take advantage of it. At checkout there was a small problem and customer service representative Torri came to the rescue. Her patients and experience helped take care of the issue! She was truly helpful and supportive.
It got handled and I was on my way.
