I went into Lowe's for some tape and decided to walk through the Christmas Decoration sections (I love Christmas)! I was immediately greeted by Torri and Lynne who helped me pick out some lawn decorations. Lynne ran to get me a cart and Torri made sure that she was available if I needed anything else. I took a damaged craftsman breaker bar to this store to exchange based on the craftsman lifetime “no hassle” guarantee. The breaker bar was probably 20 years old or more so the item number did not match the replacement breaker bar. Mine was an 18 inch and I was trying to exchange it for the closest which is now a 15 inch. The two customer service ladies were not very professional and not helpful at all saying that it had to match exactly or they wouldn’t honor the guarantee. Instead of arguing, I drove to the Meridian store which exchanged it in about 30 seconds with no hassle at all. Avoid this store! I’m going to think twice before I buy any guaranteed tools from Lowe’s ever again.
