  I currently have a 28 year old Sundance hot tub that I am still using daily. If that isn't durable quality I don't know what is. Decided to treat myself to a new hottub and looked around a little but quickly determined that based on my past experience Sundance and North Idaho Spas is a winning combination! Read their total satisfaction plan and it will become clear that they are or can be your friends in the spa business. They are patient, helpful and thoughtful with no high pressure or slick closing techniques. Their team worked with me for several months to help me choose the model that was perfect for me. Most of the items that are add-ons from other companies are included standard features from Sundance and North Idaho Spas. I'm sure that you will have the same experience I have had for almost 30 years when you come "home" to this fine family of Spa wizards!

  I bought the spa from Bill 10 years ago at North Idaho this is the first small problem I've had they dealt with it professionally and promptly I'd recommend North Idaho Spa to anyone, Robert T Pucket

  I usually don’t leave reviews, but the customer service we have received from North Idaho Spas is exceptional and deserves a shout out. We hot tub 4-5 times per week fall through spring and love our tub. It is really nice. It didn’t impact our power bill when we bought it so guess it’s $10-$20 per month it’s so efficient. I can’t speak highly enough of how nice it is. The reason for the review isn’t because of how much we like it, but instead we bought a spa from them and there was an obvious factory defect/design problem where the siding would bulge during hot weather. It was only a visual problem, but still ate at us a little. NIS came out three times, no charge to us and installed new panels trying to make us happy. I didn’t ask, but it is my guess they didn’t get reimbursed by the factory. I because of their commitment to customer service it deserves an exceptional review and a thank you. If you’re looking for a spa I’d highly recommend them.

  World-class service!! North Idaho Spas just keeps exceeding our expectations! First they sold us a hot tub that’s awesome, for a better deal than anyone else, and now whenever we need any routine service, they send out amazing people. Their folks are always timely, professional, competent and they actually take pride in their company and job. Thanks very much!
