- ESedward seatonFeb 20, 20261.0Walked all over the store looking for a door knob jig set. Couldn't find it and even harder to find someone to help. Went to Home Depot had the jig with the doors.
- TSTimothy SmithFeb 18, 20261.0We purchased a new dishwasher and wanted it installed without any issues. We specifically asked the Lowe's salesperson if the "professional" installers would be able to address any installation issues such as plumbing, electrical, and cabinetry. We did not want to be without a dishwasher and we were willing to pay for "comprehensive" service. The installer was not prepared to address: * electrical issues at all. Not so much as a piece of romex or a female plug. He actually wanted to move the dishwasher from it's dedicated circuit onto the garbage disposal's circuit. If We hadn't had an industrial female plug available he would probably have left without installing the dishwasher. * cabinetry issues at all. We were left with a two inch gap at the top of the dishwasher. See photo. * instruction on the features and operation of the new dishwasher, we doubt the installer knew any specifics about our new dishwasher. He actually just started a cycle, told us to let it complete, and left.

I understand working in retail is not fun. But actually showing some positive energy while helping people out goes a long way. We went there for necessity, but definitely not going there again.

I’ve tried giving them chances because usually I go to Home Depot and the costumer service is not amazing but good enough. Lowe’s is below average, 3-4 people chatting while there’s costumers asking for help. Seems like the people that come here is when Home Depot is too busy, as a house flipper who buys a lot and needs decent service is better just to stick to Home Depot, at least in Pocatello. Shout out to Derrick and Roy who are the only decent workers at Lowe’s.

How do I know if my order is ready to be picked up?
You’ll receive an email with pickup instructions and the location of the store you selected when your order is ready. You can pick up your order during store operating hours at the designated pickup area. Just provide the order confirmation email or order number with your photo ID (state driver’s license, military ID or state ID). For your protection, only the cardholder or an authorized user of the credit card may pick up the order.
How do I return or exchange an item?
Most (but not all) items can be returned within 90 days. If you bought something from Lowes.com, you can start a return online in your Order History before shipping it back to us. It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped. If you observe multiple pending authorizations, please contact your financial institution as each bank’s policies differ on how long authorizations are held.
