Connor at the Pocatello store is so amazing!!! We bought a heater there today and it broke 💔 but he made the exchange with a built one. He handled our frustrations and concerns so easily. His customer skills should be acknowledged and he should get a raise.

Worst flooring project experience I have ever heard of and sadly had to be part of. I would 100% not recommend going through them for anything large going in your home. They sold us defective floors to begin with and this wasn't found until after half our carpet was ripped out, along with padding and strips. We had to pick what they had in stock to replace the bad product, which was an entirely different color than what we originally picked. We had to haul our faulty product back and haul our new stuff back to our house, even though we paid for delivery. We were told Monday that they would order our new quarter round and stair noses and exchange products as soon as they came in. Today they stated we had a delivery coming and when they called to do this they said they were just taking the old product back and not giving us anything at this time. I was not okay with giving any product back without a refund or exchange so we had to cancel this. We called the store and was told nothing has been ordered and was told they probably can't rush the shipping and it could take a full week to get these items in. I feel bad for the installer who came in from Salt Lake, who is now stuck waiting for these things as well. This has been the most frusterating process ever. I don't recommend going through this because no one seems to really care besides Nick and Ash.

Buyer beware!!!! We purchased a washing machine a few years ago from lowes. Bought the extended warranty for it. (250$) sept 15 the machine breaks down. I submit 2 different warranty claims online, and after no response from the warranty (insurance) company, I drove to to the pocatello lowes and had a girl from the appliance section help me submit a third request. All 3 requests showed "pending" but no response. After a week goes by,I decide to seek service on my own,and hire an appliance repair company to fix it.(550$). Another week goes by and i again go to lowes seeking reimbursement. Tyson,a manger from the appliance section ,tries to make contact with the warranty company, and they say they declined my service request because I didn't wait for their permission to seek service. (After waiting almost 2 weeks of no response from them). Then Tyson says he can see about having lowes at least reimburse me the cost of the initial warranty, since it turned out to be a scam. Again,I wait two more weeks ,with no response from Tyson,or his mangers from Lowes. Finally i go in again, and Tyson informs me I didn't follow proper reimbursement protocols from the warranty company(after they ignored my service request) ,and neither they, nor Lowes will be reimbursing me anything. Total loss to me,800$. And weeks without a washer. Let's not even get started how their contractors severely damaged our new hardwood floors a few years ago during a remodel. Thats a whole other story. Bottom line,I'll never spend another penny with the pocatello lowes, Other than a girl named Leah, who helped me file the initial claim, everyone I've asked for help has turned a deaf ear to my cause. If youre shopping for appliances,do yourself a favor and don't fall for the slightly lower prices!!! . You will spend alot of time dealing with managers who couldnt care less. You will pay for it in the long run.Support your local appliance stores and forget the giants. The minute you walk out, their commitment to you ends.

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped. If you observe multiple pending authorizations, please contact your financial institution as each bank’s policies differ on how long authorizations are held.
