- AWAce WeightNov 15, 20251.0We rented to own a stackable washer and dryer unit, it appeared to be new. Aaron's was kind enough to deliver and install the unit for us. We have had the unit now for going on a year. They want you to pay for them to insure the unit. They signed me up for some kind of Aaron's club for an extra $11.99 a month on top of that my payments were never consistent. One month it was $137, the next it was $149. We had auto pay so they just charged what they wanted. I refused to pay the extra $12 and now my unit is not protected by the store. I asked about pay off amount and it's more, after nearly a year, than the original price. I just don't understand how they operate. They are highly over priced and crooked. I won't be doing any business with them in the future. I called them on the phone the day before my payment came due to give them my new credit card number...the very next day, they tried to charge the old card, and obviously it was declined, so what did they do???? They tried to charge me a late fee for it being declined. They are very questionable in their operations so if I were YOU I'd really think about doing business with them.

Aaron’s provides a rental purchase agreement, lease purchase agreement, consumer rental purchase agreement, rent to own agreement, lease agreement with an option to purchase, or lease as applicable by state. How long will it take for my item to arrive?
Delivery times vary based on the merchandise selected. The expected delivery time will be displayed during the checkout process. If you have already completed your order, you can find the expected delivery time on the "Aaron's Order Confirmation email".
How will my merchandise be delivered?
Your local store will call you to schedule your free delivery of your merchandise at a time that’s convenient for you.
Can I track the delivery of my item?
After completing your order, we will send you a confirmation email titled "Aaron's Order Confirmation". At the top of that email is a blue "Track Order" button. If you have additional questions, please contact us at 1-888-333-3785.
Will Aaron’s move my merchandise?
Yes! While you are leasing from Aaron’s we will move your merchandise for you provided you are moving within 15 miles of your current residence.

What is meant by “no credit needed?”
“No Credit Needed” means that you don’t necessarily need to have any established credit history to be approved for a lease. We do check credit sources; however, we look at many other data points to make a final decision, and we regularly approve customers that other stores won’t, including customers with less than perfect credit or very little credit history.
Do I have to have a local store?
Yes, online leasing is not available in all areas. Your delivery address must be within 30 miles of a participating Aaron's store. To find your local store, please visit our Store Locator. Unfortunately, there are a few areas that we are unable to service. We rely on our stores to make your leasing experience personal and reliable. If there is not a store in your area, we could not provide the red-carpet service that you deserve.
What is Aaron's return policy?
Once your item has been delivered, you can contact your local store to schedule a time for return or pick-up as stated in your agreement. However, you will not receive a refund. But don’t forget about our lifetime reinstatement benefit; you can restart your lease anytime you like on the same or comparable value merchandise (excludes lawn equipment).
