  You go there and it's always BROKE or OUT OF SERVICE which is I guess is the same thing. But anyways so far this is what I've discovered.

  I needed 4 keys and it made 4 keys. I put the main key in the slot and it analyzed it. The keys were clean cut and exact. And I did not have to wait for a store person to help me.

  not good, i wanted 1 key, i followed the prompts, put in my card, and waited, it did nothing, so i hit the key again, and waited finally i heard something, a key dropped, but i could not take my original key out, then another key dropped, still could not take my original key out and waited, another key dropped, i was frustrated, it would have been easier if the screen would have said, please wait while key is made, but it seemed the machine was doing nothing. i ended up paying for 3 keys and it cost me 12 something. i will just go to home depoe from now on.

  Went to copy a vehicle key, the machine does not take car keys of any kind.
