I gave my phone number, lady wanted more proof, showed my VA ID card, lady wanted more proof because it could duplicated and fake, I showed my Idaho DL with veteran on it, still was not enough. She scanned the back of my license to approve, this worked. Meanwhile the gentleman in back of me said he was also a Vietnam Vet and only had to give his phone number for the 10%. When he left he was in a vehicle with out of state plates. This is very poor, I think I will be going to Home Depot from now on.

As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s.
