Even if the information was in the agreement of increase at a certain time, a nice reminder would have been a good practice for any company. So now you have my whole payment for the next month and I'm out like 25 days early. Treat your customers the right way and they will return. Don't charge late fees if you can't do a pro rate for early move out. This is not right...
