- AHAndrew HooperMar 17, 20261.0Read the fine print if you purchase appliances. You have a 48 return policy if you don’t have a Lowe’s card. So if your stove breaks within 30 days of purchase, you are out of luck for returns. Sure the manufacturer will come out and fix it, but taking time out of work, costing me time and therefore money, not to mention the headache of having a broken stove for 3 weeks, is not reasonable. I spent a bunch of time between manufacturer (Frigidaire) and Lowe’s customer service trying to get a refund and the end result is nothing. I’m out of luck for an $800 stove that I would have liked to return or refund for, to purchase another model stove (from Lowe’s) because this one is unreliable. But I will not be giving my business to Lowe’s anymore based on their terrible return policy.

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped.
