  I go for a special type of bead I use. The inventory must have grown, my item was a couple rows back from where I remembered. They have any craft supply you want and more.

  I've always been treated wonderfully at this place. Every time I ask questions, I'm always surprised at the helpful ideas I get from the clever people that work there.

  The only reason I’m giving this a two star review is because of Margaret, who helped me in framing, Margaret was great, everybody else that I talked to had an attitude and seemed to care less. spending $490 on frames I would appreciate a little nicer customer service, or I can take my business elsewhere, I have never been in this store before, so I asked somebody where I can get my pictures framed and with attitude said "in the back" and I said right back over there? and they responded with "uuuuuuh yeah", then when I go back there, I couldn’t see where it was clearly laid out, so I asked somebody else and she’s like the Bell is right there just go ring it, so I went over and rang it twice just back to back not obnoxiously, and with a major attitude looks at me disgusted and goes once would’ve been just fine, however, Margaret was amazing. Very helpful. Definitely deserves a raise for having to work with bitchy people.

  I won't fault the corporation for having terrible horrific views on basic humanity.. but I will say this store it's hard to expensive for goods that push a very religious direction that you didn't ask for if you're just looking for hobby accessories. Outwardly you're a hobby store inside you feel more like a church.
