I needed to change a couple things after our first call and he was able to help me get things in order. Andrew definitely made my move a lot easier. He’s fun to have a good conversation with too.

I stopped in to check out some units after work and got a tour and all my questions answered in under 20 mins. They have multiple options whether you need temp controlled storage, outdoor storage, or regular non temp controlled storage. I also liked how you don’t need a keg and can use Bluetooth to access your unit via app.

He helped me with the billing on my unit, he helped me get into my unit when I had trouble with the door (user error on my part), and he’s never made me feel bad for coming in and asking for his help. 10/10, I absolutely recommend this location for honest, clean storage services, and amazing customer/technical service from Andrew on top of that.
