  I have never experienced customer service as unhelpful, dismissive, and unwilling to do their jobs as I have with World Market. I was trying to purchase ONE specific bag. I saw it in store, returned the next day, and it was gone. Online, the item is sold out yet multiple other stores still have it in stock. I am more than willing to pay full price and shipping. I called over five different World Market locations, and every single employee I spoke with was unkind, uninterested, and completely unwilling to help. Not one person attempted to problem solve. I was essentially told “no” over and over because helping me would require them to do something extra. I was told only one location can ship items, yet that location refuses to have the bag transferred to them from a store that has it in stock. Customer service also refused to coordinate between stores to ship the item to me. No alternatives. No solutions. Just excuses. This is honestly shocking. I am a customer actively trying to give this company money, and World Market has made it nearly impossible due to laziness and rigid, customer hostile policies. I was treated like an inconvenience rather than a paying customer. Retail customer service should include at least a minimal effort to help someone purchase a product you clearly still have. The complete lack of care, empathy, and problem-solving I experienced has guaranteed I will no longer shop here and I will absolutely think twice before recommending World Market to anyone.

  Love going here for the fun snacks from all over the world! They have lots of different trinkets.

  Just shopped at the Eagle Road location in Meridian. Wow, what a zoo! But what a great place to find so many Christmas goodies and unique gifts for everyone! I was also shopping for a small unique table for myself which I found so quickly. When I went to check out, not surprisingly, my bill was close to $300. I was offered a credit card that would earn me an immediate 30% off my purchase! Saved 100-woohoo! Brian was so friendly and easy going and very helpful! Such a fun place and staff. I know they were overworked this time of year but you wouldn't know it! Thank you!
