A1 Quality appliance was who I was assigned by my home warranty when the ice maker went on the fritz. Always a little worrisome about companies that home warranty uses.
Well A1 contacted me quickly and had a tech out no long after contacting me.
The tech was very friendly and knowledgeable and diagnosed the problem quickly. Parts had to be ordered.
Once parts were in, I was contracted to setup return appointment and was able to have them back out quickly to install.
Same tech showed up with a great attitude and I was impressed watching him work, he was extremely efficient and very good at his job. My ice maker works perfectly now. You can’t go wrong using quality appliance in my opinion.

Our Diswasher is under warranty but our Refrigerator is not.
Both appliances needed filters. We felt the $80.00 was possibly on the high side but sense we don't purchase those types of products regularly, we dug into our pockets and paid the invoice.
We were very impressed with the young man from Quality Appliance.
He was on time. Very courteous. Took time to explain what he was seeing as the root of the problems.
He was very professional both in knowledge and appearance!
I highly recommend Quality Appliance and when necessary, will call for their help in the future!

Last Monday I had the technician from Quality Appliance come out to repair my broken microwave. He looked at it and said he would have to order parts that would take a couple of days. So I paid for the parts and waited for them to call me. They called and came out the next Friday with the parts. After some time the technician said that the new parts had been received broken and he would need to reorder. Upon questioning him about the parts, he stated there was no guarantee that the reordered parts would work either. He thought that there might be something else wrong with the microwave and since it was 12 years old, he agreed I should get a new one. He also stated that I would get a refund for the $70 dollars i paid them for the new broken parts. I have yet to receive that credit. I am disappointed in their service. They do not instill confidence to their customers. I will not be using their services again.

Jeremy was great to work with and the office staff was great with their communication, clearly communicating beforehand and the day of the appointment. We had a brand new appliance we purchased through a local business that kept tripping the breaker. Jeremy and I removed every panel on the double oven only to find after removing the final panel a thermostat had become loose (possibly never screwed in) and arced and welded itself to the back panel. The breaker did its job thankfully. Jeremy ordered the new part and came a few days later to put it back together. Very impressed with A1 Quality Appliance, I will definitely use them again in the future!

I was underwhelmed. I had a dishwasher replaced. It took 4 hours. Should have been an hour for an experienced technician. I also thought the technician was looking for an excuse not to do the job. He told me my cutoff valve was frozen and stated he "wasn't a plumber" so he couldn't proceed. So I closed the water supply valve myself. It was rough at first, but it wasn't frozen. I was annoyed when he took his dolly over the door transition and stoop backwards. Luckily he didn't tear up the transition or chip the concrete. His dolly had roller skids if he used it correctly. The dishwasher ended up with a slight pucker in the stainless steel front from forcing it into the hole. A cabinet trim piece got knocked off and handed to me to repair. He was pretty neat and did a decent job of restoring his work area. The water shutoff valve leaked at the stem when turning it back on. I had to coach him to tighten the packing nut and it stopped. Overall, my impression is he was new to this kind of work and I felt I had to watch him closely. Kind of a wash if the $180 extra bucks to Costco for the installation was worth 4 hours of my time and the risk of a new guy learning on my plumbing. I usually replace these myself in my apartments in 45min to an hour. It's only a 2 screw and three connections job. Communication with the A1 office was great.
