"That's ok", I said, "I'll just pay for them and let me know when it comes in and we can schedule install. I would like the sale pricing and I am ready to buy but not in a hurry for install" I was told "No, we can't do that, but you are more than welcome to choose something else." Now... I already spent all the time needed to review every wall oven available and made my choice based on our needs and desires... And, I was ready to hand over close to $4000 for the items. I did not want to chose something else, especially knowing you would probably have more soon. So, you do not want my money then, Lowes. The staff was very pleasant, but not concerned at all about losing such a sale, nor was there any attempt made to work something out. What really makes this more annoying than anything is that the wall oven I was ready to purchase yesterday is now showing available in the Lowes app and online at my location today. The sale pricing ended last night at 11pm... Wow Lowes! Priceless customer service. I usually love you guys, but after this one I really need to question where I spend my money. Well, you don't want it anyway. Feel free to reach out if you can remotely make this make any sense.
