    I have never seen such a toliet of a Lowe's!! Freight everywhere, side stacks broken down, clutter and even likes of debris swept up and left there. Speaking to several employees they said they are catching up ...from when the store manager a female cut back on help and didn't care much if store conditions so she could tighten expenses towards the end of the year to get her bonus. That answered everything. How can the one on Overland be soo much better?? ANOTHER FEMALE MANger but she has her shit together.

    Lowes only has 2 day return policy on appliances. Never shop here. Anywhere else has a month at least. Costco will take stuff back after years

    Lowe's Home Improvement I hope this gets to someone who cares! I had to purchase a new washing machine for my airbnb property. It was a hassle made worse by your employees in customer service 😬 The delivery guys were nice, they couldn't get the old washer out of the door frame to install the new one so they told me that if I got the door frame removed that night they would come back the next day to finish the install. I removed the door frame and messaged the installer back to let him know and ask what time they would be by. He never responded so I called in to figure out what to do next. The first call was fine, the customer service rep informed me that the earliest install would be Wednesday February 18th because they only do delivery and installs on Wednesdays. The home the washer was being delivered to is my airbnb property. I needed to have the washer installed before the 14th as that is when my next guest is arriving at my airbnb. The first customer service rep forwarded me to the delivery department so they could see what they could do to honor the promise the delivery person's made. When I was transferred the man on the phone was very nice and said he would help get it taken care of for me. Unfortunately the call dropped. I called back in to be re routed back to the gentleman I was on the phone with and the 2nd customer service rep wasn't so nice. She told me there was no option for an earlier install and I asked her to transfer me back to the delivery department, she refused. I asked to speak to a manager and she eventually put me through to one. The manager i was transferred to was extremely rude. He also said there was no option for an earlier delivery and nothing could be done. He refused to transfer me back to the gentleman from the delivery department i was originally on the phone with. He also refused to give me their phone number. I had the actual delivery driver's phone number because he had texted me from his personal phone number trying to hit on a friend of mine who was at the residence during the time of delivery since i had to be at work. He had not responded to my texts about coming back to do the install. I'm sure he wanted to be in contact with the girl he was trying to hit on. I asked the manager for his name so I could reach out to lowes to let them know he was of no assistance and pretty rude. He said his name was Tony and refused to give me his last name. I asked if the phone calls were recorded and he said yes they were. I highly encourage you to listen to the phone recording. While arguing with Tony, the manager, the delivery department called me back so I hung up with Tony and took the call. Thank God the delivery department was able to help me. He said that the eagle lowes only delivers to my area code on Wednesdays but he was able to reach out to the other lowes location and get my washer scheduled for the install tomorrow! He saved the day!! Tony shouldn't be a manager. If he couldn't fix the issue or even get me to the guy that ended up fixing it at the end of the day then he needs to be demoted. Do better lowes. I have spent a lot of money with your company and I've never had such a poor experience. Anyone who knows me knows I have a lot to deal with. If "Tony " was kind it would have went a long way. Instead he was a jerk and made the situation that much harder. Do better lowes!!

    I order a flashlight from Lowe’s. This is what the box looked like when it arrived. It had been opened, used and taped shut. I called customer service all they said is they’re not responsible for how the shipper ships the item. I asked to speak to a manager and I got transferred to another customer service agent. Had to explain the whole thing all over and he just put me on hold and left me there. I’ll never order a damn thing from Lowe’s again or buy anything in the store. UPDATE: I responded to Lowe’s comment. I called the number and I just got a normal Customer Service person that didn’t have any idea what I was talking about. I didn’t bother going to the website. Just proves my point - they have ZERO Customer Service.
