  Was a fine clean and accessible climate controlled unit. Just frustrating how frequently they raise the rates once they hook you. Too hard to always be moving between competitively priced storage facilities.

  Read the 1 star reviews....they are the most accurate. This company is classic bait and switch. My rate increased 80% in 3 months. They will reply to this review and suggest I call a number. Which I already have and they do absolutely nothing. These guys are crooks and I am reporting them to the attorney general.

  Good size unit (12x25) high ceiling to get things vertical. Gate is digital code for easy accessibility. (A code at the gate works too) parking is available outside the gate for helpers.

  The female working now at the Amity location in Meridian was very difficult to talk to. I bidded on and won a storage unit at auction (been doing this since 2015). I showed up yesterday to pay, they told me they could not accept payments at the office and to pay online. I paid online, went in today to pay my refundable cleaning deposit and get the gate code. Ruth (is what she called herself) demanded I pay again there at the facility. When I tried to show her my receipt where I paid online she stepped back a few feet and wouldn't look at it. She raised her voice early in the conversation and proceeded to get louder and louder and kept yelling "Oh my God!" as her response to a simple question. She was not able to show me this separate charge on my invoice as it looks different from hers. I was about to just pay it and deal with storage treasures later when without warning she pushed a button on her keyboard like a cyber bully and said she canceled the auction which I believe she cannot do because it has already ended, has been paid for and is now mine and ready to be picked up. She is very rude, her people skills are weak and she should not work with the public. She denied me access to my unit I paid for, denying me my civil liberties by treating me unfairly and unjust. Now who is going to refund me? Also, she said she's going to sell the unit to the next highest bidder. Pretty sure that means she will be illegally selling my items since I already own everything in unit 125!! This is literally my #100th storage unit flip to date, never had any problems till this rude human being. I asked to speak with the owner she said she was in charge.

  Rented a space on July 7th 2025. I just received a notice of a rate increase just 3 months later almost doubling my rates. I received nothing say that this was an introductory rate. When I first rented this company hounded me to give them a good google review, which I did base on my first dealings. So now you know why they have positive reviews. I believe I will contact the Idaho attorney general to review this practice. This is pure bait and switch tactic. What a HORRIBLE HORRIBLE company.
