Had a bout with spiders and brought it up to the property manager and was told, “we spray.” I would use them only if you need storage for a couple months max. Long term this is not a good option. They constantly raise the price. It’s actually pretty ridiculous the increases they do. If they hadn’t raised the price so high and so often, I would’ve given them 4/5 stars.
