Like many others have posted, they hook you with a reasonable rate, wait a few months after you’re moved in, and then slam you with a massive price increase. At that point, they’re counting on the fact that relocating is inconvenient, so you’ll just pay up. This is not coincidence; it’s their under-handed dishonest business model. Let’s be clear about what happened: Zero Transparency Throughout the rental process, we were never informed that the rate could increase significantly in just a few months. That omission is deliberate! Blatant Price Gouging Our rate went from $84 to $164—a 95.2% increase! That is absurd, predatory, and completely out of line with any normal RV storage operation. We have rented RV storage for years and have never seen anything like this. Repeat Offender Behavior After reading other reviews, it’s obvious this company does this routinely. Get people locked in, jack up the rate, and rely on the hassle of moving to force compliance. That’s not customer service, it’s exploitation. Real Financial Damage Moving an RV on short notice is not easy or cheap, and they know it. This kind of sudden increase creates unnecessary financial stress and disruption, and they clearly do not care. Do not do business here unless you enjoy being lied to and overcharged. We will never use this facility again, and we will warn every RV owner we know to stay away from this place. The only acceptable resolution is to restore our rate to the originally agreed-upon price per month. Anything else just confirms what this company really is!
