  We have 4 units rented and after 3 months the price raised on each unit at least $80 a month which almost doubles the cost. We moved storage units due to the decent rates and now it’s more expensive than our old storage units. When booking online it doesn’t show the rate is only good for 3 months before they raise the prices

  Along with everyone else and what they are dealing with we are experiencing the same issues. We have barely had our unit a year and they already increasing our lease about 70% starting the beginning of next year. Mind you, we originally signed up at $225, they then shortly after offered a promotional rate of $175 to new customers only. We reached out and they barely let us in on that new rate after verbalizing our complaint to Missy. Now here we are and that are raising it to $255. We are extremely uncomfortable with this price increase and can only imagine they will continue to raise the price. They don’t take accountability nor do they care what this is doing to other people and their businesses. READ all these reviews before wasting your time moving all your belongings into a unit to end up needing to move out because of the cost.

  Just like other people have said, they use deceptive and unfair business practices. They get you locked in on a good rate and then when you least expect it, they jack it up 75% leaving you stuck to either pay the new price or deal with the difficulty of finding a new place. Missy will tell you that you were "mailed a letter" stating the increase was happening but I never got one. I think they hide behind this little legal clause to do this to people. Here is what bothers me the most about this... Lack of Clear Disclosure – At the time I rented the unit, the facility did not disclose that such drastic rate increases could occur or that rates were subject to unpredictable hikes. Unreasonable and Excessive Increase – Raising the monthly rate 74% from $108 to $188 is extremely excessive, unconscionable, and inconsistent with industry norms. No other RV storage facility has done this to me, and I have rented spots at several over the years. Potential Pattern of Abuse – Based on review from other tenants, it appears this company or facility may engage in a pattern of steep, repeated rate increases after tenants are already moved in and effectively “locked in” creating pressure to pay instead of moving belongings. Financial Harm – This abrupt and unreasonable increase places a substantial and unexpected financial burden on me, and relocating my stored property is difficult and costly. Do business with them at your own risk. I will never use them again and tell EVERYBODY I know that owns an RV to steer clear of them. The company can say and think anything they want, but the fact is they are deceiving customers. If anybody responds to this, I suspect it will be the standard "Don't hesitate to get in touch with us to discuss"...But I won't. The only thing that is acceptable is changing my rate back to what I was told it would be and this is $108/month.
