Stan immediately knew what I needed and set off to get them. He had to contact China for 1 set since they were out of warranty but that no obstacle for Stan. He kept me posted on his progress and apologized that it took a few days ! They were sent directly to my home and they were ALL perfect. Stan was a breath of fresh air for professionalism and efficiency. What a joy to work with such a customer focused employee. It was an awesome experience.
