    If you want professional and prompt service go with blindsource. We had a very upsetting experience with Daren. Had an in person appointment where he measured the windows we wanted and gave us a quote right there. Met with two other companies and budget blinds was the cheaper option with the information provided. We waited the 5 weeks for blinds to come in and as they were installing daren left out the 3 large windows in the front of our house… we called frustrated and he said he would make it right and get back to us.. well he never did get back to us. We had to call the office multiple times to get a reply and when it came it was just another quote with the 3 added windows which made the quote higher than all other quotes we received. No accountability for his mistake or that he would make it right for us. Just another “quote” on what it would cost to add three more windows… very “budget” friendly ;) I’d love to add in that while we were experiencing such lack of communication apparently all the “salesman” were on a “work trip” in Mexico and couldn’t get back to us until a week later. So please if you’re looking for blinds go with ANYONE but budget blinds or at the very least don’t give Daren your business.

    Worst company I have ever dealt with. We got three separate quotes from people, these guys were about 800 bucks cheaper so we went with them. Turns out they left off 3 of our shades in the price.(even after I personally watched Daren measure the shades he missed) Tried to at least get them to price match the other quotes we still had. Two weeks later they finally reply that they cannot price match since we signed on the dotted line. Daren bundy will answer the phone every time, up until you have an issue, then he will not reply and has others deal with his dirty work.
