Classic Vacs is one of those increasingly rare family operated vacuum shops. When I moved to Eagle, Idaho over a decade ago, I traded my Simplicity brand upright for a new Simplicity at Classic Vacs. I had nothing but trouble with it, because unlike my first Simplicity, the new one was loaded with electronics, which made moving from carpet to floor or carpet to slightly lower or higher carpet impossible--the vacuum would simply stop. The owner would make a few adjustments--and never charged me for these--and I'd go on my way. But shifting from one floor or carpet height to another was something this vacuum would not do. Recently, after I had just come home with the vacuum, I tried to operate it on the carpet runners (all short pile) and the vacuum would have none of it! Red light came on and I could not get it to go off. So I took it back, and asked the owner if he had any vacuums without electronics--something like my grandmother might have used. He immediately led me over to an old Kirby...just like my grandmother's. It was fully restored, had no electronics, was a fraction of the cost of the new-fangled uprights like the Simplicity, and he still gave me a trade-in on my Simplicity. I went home, tried it out, and my carpets have not been this clean since I got the "new" Simplicity.
Classic Vac has a very good seclection of top-of-the line vacuums to choose from--canister to uprights--and they are willing to stand behind a vacuum you buy from them like no business I have evern known. But I love my new "old" Kirby, and we are so lucky to have a family-owned vacuum shop in the area!

We had a great experience with Paul at Classic Vacs the other day, and I’d recommend this place to anyone who appreciates being able to walk into a place and talk with knowledgeable and helpful people, like the good old days! Paul is friendly and helpful and knows his stuff! Thanks again for your help, Paul!

Customer service was excellent!
The prices were reasonable and the products were explained for purpose and function. I will be back!
Qwick reliable. Told me when they'd getter done and then repaired it sooner! And did one better. They did a little extra cleaning too. My vacuum, he told me, would get 4-5 more years of life, at least. Around
$20⁰⁰ for a look see. Any repair or purchase price would deduct the $20⁰⁰ look see price. The look see price would deducted from anything else you had done. Even purchase price of a new vacuum.
He was a very nice, soft spoken, polite, genuine, gentleman who would take over the entire business later from his grandfather. He totally grew up in the business.
Recommend to me from another vacuum cleaner store 👌🏿.

If you own a vacuum, they have what you need.
