After I have been to countless stores. Spending who knows how much money. JJ in the plumbing section was able to professionally and quickly help me find exactly what I was looking for after I have been searching for this specific pipe for hours!!! If you got to Lowe's I highly recommend finding JJ in the plumbing section. Couldn't ask to find a better kid

Absolute incompetence!
I ordered some water softener salt to be delivered because I am disabled and can’t carry it myself.
Got an email right away saying the items were in stock and would ship immediately. Every day since then (5 days) I get an email saying delivery date has changed to tomorrow. I called customer service several times and was assured it would ship tomorrow. It still never ships.
This has gotten ridiculous and I am trying to cancel the order now.
Someone has dropped the ball and no one will admit it!!!

DO NOT RELY ON MATERIALS FROM HERE TO ACTUALLY SHOW UP FOR CONSTRUCTION PROJECTS!
Purchased thousands in building materials to complete a garage. Order was confirmed and delivery scheduled. Two weeks later, (3 DAYS before scheduled delivery) I was sent an email that my siding was cancelled from the order due to not being in stock.
So I pull up lowes.com and it said there were 5000 in stock (I needed 187) and gave me the option to purchase the items again.
I call customer service, they said it was likely an error in the system that had caused the cancellation of the siding and helped me repurchase the order, but of course I have to pay a seperate delivery fee.
They reach back out later to inform me that the second order will also be cancelled. No offer to help find a solution or materials that will work for the job, just that they can't supply what they advertise.
So? Don't waste your time, go to Home Depot.
