  Caden was friendly, timely, efficient and took care of both the interior and exterior. He even verified it was okay to do certain areas before spraying. We have not had issues with cobwebs or spiders since beginning this service. Thank you for excellent service and care.

  I have owned 3 different homes. I went through a few different exterminators, and NONE have come anywhere close to the services provided by the Gem State Pest Solutions in Idaho Falls. They are the most thorough company that I have ever had the pleasure to work with. With my last home, I did need to have them come out before the next service was due, but that's because it was a log home that had never been treated before. I love the fact that the chemicals used are kid and pet safe. I will never go through any other post control services again!!

  Hooray for Mike, Brennan, and Logan in Idaho Falls! And hooray for Amy on the other end of the phone whenever I call and I'm distressed. She always makes me feel better and is so reassuring. I have been with Gem State for several years now and they have taken such good care of us. They consistently give great service, they are friendly and polite, they are knowledgeable and have shared some great tips with us, too. I love the very affordable monthly rate, knowing that if we ever have a problem they will come take care of it at no extra charge. I tell them all the time how much I appreciate them, but today I'm happy to share it publicly. Thanks Gem State for all you do for us!
