  I absolutely do not recommend this store for furniture. I found what I wanted online, and they just happened to be the place that carried it, or could order it in. I told them exactly what I wanted and right off the bat they ordered the wrong bed. They were nice enough to let us use the wrong one until the right one came in but that was only because we had already waited 3 weeks and we would have to wait another three to four more. On top of it being the wrong bed conveniently the correct one was another $1000.00 or so dollars. Eventually we got the right bed but within a few months of having the couches the threading started to come undone. We contacted them immediately and sent pictures in November. Instead of being sympathetic to the quality of product he sold us he instead commented on how the thread was shorter due to the fraying so they might not be able to fix it. He told us he would contact us after Christmas however and get it taken care of. January came along nothing, February nothing. Towards the first of March we reached out again this time we were told they have to order the thread. Seriously? Bear in mind this entire time we are in a beautiful new home, and not only do I have to look at these stupid threads hanging off the couch that we were told not to touch or cut but every person that comes to visit gets to look at them too. It's embarrassing. What I wanted was for them to care. To care enough to follow up, keep us informed, and get it taken care of especially after the amount of money we spent in there. Instead, here we are in April looking at these stupid threads still hanging there and they haven't done a thing. So no, I do not recommend them because once you leave the store it's your problem, they simply do not care.

  David was such a great help to us. Showed us around and explained things very well without being pushy about buying. When we did buy our chairs he was very professional and went over everything with us so we understood the bill. David is the one you want to work with if you go in. I will definitely be back and ask for David!

  James is very knowledgeable and very helpful. We returned three times comparing dining room tables and purchased from Furniture Row because it seemed to be the most affordable and best quality furniture.
