- BABeatrice AlcarazNov 13, 20251.0We went in to furniture row looking for a full size bed frame and found one we liked but they had to order it then we got a call it was in so we had to drive from poky to pick it up, we were trying to set it up and it was all scratched and the boards that went on frame were too long so I called Angie at the store and she told me to send her pictures I did so she supposedly ordered another set they called and said it was in so again drive all the way to pick it up at their warehouse and the person that works there told us it was just a headboard and footb ok and no frame very disappointed with this store I told her to cancel transaction and will never shop there again worse customer service .

He wasn't pushy at all, he showed us the features of each of the tables and chairs, and we were able to make an informed decision on a table and chairs that I know we will enjoy for decades to come. Thank you Diego! We will most definitely be shopping there in the future.
