  We've used North Idaho for many years - at least since 2008. They have installed 2 hot tubs and winterized each every year. They have always provided excellent and prompt service. Highly recommend.

  They have always been very helpful in answering questions and/or concerns. Very satisfied with the hot tub. I would recommend them as a great source for hot tubs and service.

  Sorry I couldn't give a positive review. When asking for help with balancing our cemicals I was told that wasn't possible. Not even a sorry can't help. Just can't help you. He actully said, "How the hell am I suppose to know what's wrong with your tub".

  I need to tell you how much I appreciate and respect North Idaho Spas. I bought a spa from them several years ago. They have serviced it and maintained it. Even assisted moving it "by barge" onto a dock when we bought lakeside property. Recently, after sitting dormant during the building of our new home, we started it and it was leaking below. We went into their showroom assuming it was time to pick out a new spa and spend a lot of money. Bill said, "Let us take a look at it". He sent his guys out and for a few hundred dollars, replaced some parts and it was up and running. Such integrity ! Great service. I would never do business anywhere else.

  Purchased a new Optima 2024 Sundance Spa in September. The quality of the Spa is far superior than other high end spas we reviewed prior to our purchase. From the galvanized steel frame and the Fluidix jets with no internal moving parts or bearings that won’t clog or wear out to the MicroClean Ultra Filtration system that combines ozone and UV-C for perfect clear, clean water. Our spa has worked perfectly and the water quality has been very easy to maintain. Amanda in Coeur d Alene handled the sale of our spa. She was very professional and helpful in answering all our questions and Max our service technician was always available for any questions we had regarding installation, etc. Bill Connolly the owner of North Idaho Spas actually puts his personal cell number on his business card so his customers can reach him for any reason if they have an issue. That’s something you don’t see! Discovered that Sundance Spas actually owns Jacuzzi the company that started it all so if you’re looking for a quality spa and the service you would expect from such a purchase we highly recommend North Idaho Spas.
