  We were needing spa supplies and couldn’t get them here fast enough so we were pleasantly surprised that they had them in stock for less than Amazon’s price. Great customer service and they answered their phone immediately. Highly recommend!

  We've used North Idaho for many years - at least since 2008. They have installed 2 hot tubs and winterized each every year. They have always provided excellent and prompt service. Highly recommend.

  They have always been very helpful in answering questions and/or concerns. Very satisfied with the hot tub. I would recommend them as a great source for hot tubs and service.
