- SKSharilyn Kidder2 days ago1.0On 4/27, I wanted to purchase a $3000 lawn tractor. The person who knew lawnmowers was too busy to help me. We were sent up to the checkout to purchase, but there are only self checkouts…not a very friendly store.
- TSTony Schilling3 days ago1.0Purchased a DR2 wood chipper, CDA did not have in stock like most things, so got it from North Spokane location two weeks ago. I ran it two days and main bolt fell out , looked closer and it appears bolt failed. called my local Lowes(CDA) and wanted to return it and get a new one to finish my projects at home. Lowes CDA says they only have a 48 hour warranty and anything past that goes directly through manufacture. I cant believe Lowes does not stand behind there products they sell for more than 48 hours. They should have taken it back and gave me a new one and they can go after DR2. I am now trying to get it taken care of by manufacturer and looks like it will take sometime to get this resolved and my project is on hold. I will be moving all my business to Home depot, there customer service is better and there policy is to take care of the customer.

Have made many home improvement purchases, prices are reasonable and can usually find what you need at this location. Customer service is pretty good and helpful, the check out goes fast. Pick ups are pretty fast too. I recently purchased some shrubs on line (to early to be in store available) went very well. The app is great! The shrubs were packed very well and arrived safely and early, can't wait to plant them..I posted pictures.

There is absolutely zero need to have AI license plate readers at a home improvement store. It violates the 4th amendment and each individual's right to freely travel. I am content with my purchase and the checkout process was uncomplicated. The associate was exceedingly helpful during the checkout process when I had a few inquiries. Definitely recommend coming to Lowes then going over to Home Depot.
