    I visited the store intending to purchase a full appliance package for a new building. Unfortunately, my experience with Tammy the “appliance specialist” was disappointing. Rather than offering helpful guidance, she discouraged my preferences, stating that black stainless steel “shows grime more” and that she personally “didnt like her dark appliances she had at one point” She did not make any effort to search for options or provide recommendations, instead suggesting that I look online myself. This level of service did not reflect the professionalism I expected, especially from someone identified as a specialist. You should take the appliance specialist part on her name tag off.

    ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5-Star Review We recently ordered a chest freezer from Lowe’s and ran into a major issue — even though we were guaranteed next-day delivery, a glitch pushed the delivery out by five more days. We had a large meat order arriving the very next day, so getting the freezer on time was absolutely essential. Kevin stepped in and went above and beyond to fix the problem. He listened, understood how urgent the situation was, and worked tirelessly to ensure our freezer was delivered within the timeframe we had been originally promised. Thanks to his dedication and follow-through, everything arrived just in time. Kevin is a true asset to Lowe’s. His professionalism, problem-solving skills, and genuine care for customers turned a stressful situation into a great experience. Highly recommend working with him!

    Excellent customer service. ZI stopped a Lowe's Assc. And asked where the radiant oil heaters were located, they took me to them then found someone knowledgeable who pointed out differences and features and helped me decide which one to get Then took the box which was a bit heavy to checkout out for me. I was in and out in 25 minutes and I am very satisfied with both the price and product and all the help

    I wonder - why do I bother shopping here? The service is consistently awful. Just tonight I stopped in for a bag of sand. I mentioned to the gate nazi that it was hard to drive thru the lumber yard due to the number of randomly placed signs and carts blocking the driving lanes. It seemed unsafe to have to "chicane" around the obstacles. The gate nazi said "well, next week week we're changing hours, so we're about closed." It was a full 30 minutes before the store's closing time. And, closing soon had WHAT to do with being lazy?
