Bought a fridge with cash, was told delivery was 12/13. Didn't hear anything on 12/12, called appliance section to find out what was going on, and was then told it would be the 20th now!! So frustrated, I would have went to home depot if I had known, as it would have been here on the 10th. Lesson learned. Incompetence is rampant these days, so is honesty. Should get a free delivery at this point, as I dont have a fridge to have groceries in, too warm outside last couple days. Grrrrrrrr😡

I shop here every month or so. The store has a weird vibe and last year we bough a open box washer and they sent out an older women to help me load it. I just found out Lowe's installed three Flock Cameras in their parking lot. Welcome to the surveillance state, so I think I will be avoiding this store. I have a Pro account with HD so I think I will be going there or parking on the street if I need something. Honestly any business with Flock Cameras should be avoided.
