  Only place I go for dry cleaning.. Friendly staff, professional, and quality work.. everything comes back better then it was brand new

  Very professional. Gave the order to have a new blanket washed. It was was still in its packaging. I got sick and barfed on it. I told her about it so she could put on gloves. Now waiting for it to be done.

  Today was my first time dropping off cleaning since this business became Lemon Drop Laundry. (I didn't know there had been a change) I was asked for my phone number, told it didn't exist. Gave my name. Nope, not in the system. The clerk then entered my name. Both first & last name spelled incorrectly! This clerk's customer service skills are non-existent. Suggest if she is going to be the face of your business you do basic customer service training. She needs to know how to engage with your customer base. She is clueless! PS I trained young adults in the world of work preparing them for internships. This student wouldn't pass my class.
