  I live in a remote area where the nearest two appliance repair companies that I contacted did not even respond. I found a posting for this company and made the call, expecting another negative response. Instead they contacted me quickly. They had a technician at my home the next day even though it required over a 2 hour drive. The technician was very friendly and helpful. He diagnosed the problem quickly. After he obtained the parts he needed and returned, he had us operational again. I highly recommend this company for your appliance repair needs.

  Our experience with A1 Quality Appliance was excellent. Nathan installed a new dishwasher for us and did an outstanding job. Not only did he find and inform us of an existing wiring issue on the dishwasher that was being removed, but he also walked us through using the new dishwasher once it was setup. He did an impeccable job from beginning to end and we couldn't be happier with the experience!

  D/washer made funny noise called to see what was wrong Was able to come next day Of course D/washer never made noise. Turned breaker to reset DW. Haven’t had a problem yet Never knew the reset mode Understand both sides of charge but do feel it’s a bit too high on The gentleman that came out was very courteous Olive and informative He was on time and did call when on his way.

  A1 Quality Appliance was exceptional in every way. Two other prior companies misdiagnosed the issue which caused us months of inconvenience and stress. A1 stepped in, sent Leo, service technician who worked to diagnose and fix the problem IN THE SAME VISIT!! Problem solved. Excellent service and communication.

  Quality Appliance is who RC Willey contracts for repairs on their warranty for Samsung Washers and Dryers. Quality Appliance was quick and reliable for ordering the parts needed to fix my washer. Leo came out and diagnosed the problem and also came back and fixed my washer in a timely manner and is also very well informed about what the problem was and explained everything and was very professional and friendly. Leo even vacuumed underneath my washer and balanced it for me as the delivery guys from Rc Willey did not balance it when they installed it. Thank You Leo for the Great work you did!!! A+ quality form Leo and Quality Appliance 😎
